Customer Support Engineer – Electrical Systems (ATA24/ATA33)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join its Customer Care Centre in Toulouse. The engineer will support Airbus commercial customers on electrical generation & distribution (ATA24) and exterior lighting (ATA33‑4x), handling both urgent AOG situations and long‑term in‑service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for all Airbus commercial programs (A300, A320 family, A330 family, A350, A380) related to ATA24 and ATA33‑4x.
• Manage AOG incidents, coordinate standby duty with the Customer Care Center, and ensure rapid resolution.
• Investigate reliability trends, capture technical concerns, and propose corrective actions.
• Act as the liaison between Airbus, its customers, and suppliers to guarantee timely solutions.
• Participate in face‑to‑face customer meetings to discuss fleet‑wide issues and progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience or solid knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, especially generation, distribution, and exterior lighting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global support environment.
