Customer Success and Product Coordination

About the role

Zettabyte is seeking a Customer Success and Product Coordination professional to act as the primary liaison between French‑based customers and the internal production team. You will ensure that customer needs, issues, and feedback are captured, tested, and resolved efficiently while helping users adopt the platform through clear guidance and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers to understand their questions, issues, and feedback.
• Translate customer concerns into actionable information for the product and production teams.
• Coordinate customer requests with product priorities and track progress until resolution.
• Perform functional testing on platform features and on reported issues.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Prepare testing reports, user guidelines, and usage documentation.
• Escalate high‑risk, urgent, or blocked matters early to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests, product issues, and follow‑up actions.
