Customer Service Team Lead – France

About the role

arena is looking for a proactive Customer Service Team Lead to join its France team in Libourne. You will act as the primary expert liaison for sales, supply chain, and trade marketing, driving service performance and handling client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational order entry and administration.
• Serve as the main contact for the sales team, providing actionable recommendations.
• Be the first point of contact for customers on supply‑chain related inquiries, collaborating with the Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager.
• Support complaint and claims handling, including issuing credit notes.
• Coordinate seasonal sample collection as the reference person.
• Exchange information with Supply Chain and Trade Marketing teams.
• Continuously improve service performance through KPI analysis, concrete proposals, and customer agreements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports or textile industry.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work reliably within a team.
• Strong communication skills.
