Customer Service Apprentice – International Support

About the role

Join Chem‑Trend France as a Customer Service Apprentice and support our international customers while gaining hands‑on experience across order processing, complaint handling, and warehouse management. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, helping to modernise procedures and ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and follow up offers and orders, respecting commercial and contractual conditions.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal departments, including the European headquarters in Germany.
• Manage customer complaints and respond to requests within defined time‑frames, providing documentation and information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation of procedures.
• Update and maintain ERP data, including customer accounts and pricing.
• Oversee local warehouse activities: adjust replenishment points, handle purchase orders, apply FIFO for expiry control, and participate in inventory counts and discrepancy analysis.
• Analyse internal metrics and produce activity reports.

Required profile

• Strong sense of customer service, responsiveness, flexibility and team spirit.
• Proficient English (minimum B2, ideally C1) and functional Spanish (minimum B1, ideally B2).
• Ability to communicate effectively in an international, culturally diverse environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Copilot) and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
