About the role

The Customer Experience Coordinator (In‑store) is the face of the brand, ensuring every visitor receives a radically personal experience. You will act as the lead ambassador, supporting store operations and driving sales through exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations on every visit and maintain a hospitality‑focused environment.
• Ensure all team members present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Map clienteling activities for each guest to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain seamless efficiency and a positive atmosphere throughout the store.
• Partner with leadership and expert teams to proactively resolve service issues.
• Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
