Customer & Department Assistant – A320 Family Acceptance & Delivery

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Customer & Department Assistant for the A320 Family Acceptance & Delivery team in Toulouse. You will support customers and internal departments across two final assembly lines, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer contacts, plan meetings, coordinate visits, and act as the focal point for daily customer needs (admin/IT support).
• Oversee department offices, organize logistics for events, handle calendars, procure supplies, and process business trips and expenses.
• Promote health and safety practices, align HSE approaches with the Widebody Customer Line, and integrate safety standards across sites.
• Control office‑related budgets, maintain confidentiality, and liaise with multinational teams and employee representatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with customer exposure in operational/industrial or corporate settings.
• Professional, friendly, proactive, and discreet handling of sensitive matters.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and French at negotiation level (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced office IT knowledge of Gsuite.
• Proficiency with Airbus IT tools such as SAP, Click n'Buy, Buyside, Travels & Expenses, uVisit, and myFM.
• Experience in health‑ and safety management within a multilayer organization.
