Customer Advisor in Insurance (H/F) – Arras

About the role

Join Gan Assurances in Arras as a Customer Advisor, supporting both professional and private clients. You will be the face of the agency, handling inquiries, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring smooth claim processes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person, by phone and email, and identify their insurance needs.
• Prepare customized quotes, issue contracts, collect premiums and follow up on payments.
• Develop and grow the client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Open and manage claim files, coordinate experts, gather required documents and keep clients informed.
• Perform administrative duties such as handling correspondence, maintaining archives and managing office supplies.

Required profile

• Approximately ten years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong commercial drive with excellent relational abilities.
• Motivation to meet targets while fostering a supportive team environment.
• High level of rigor, responsibility and autonomy in daily tasks.
