Customer Advisor – Full-time (Nantes)

About the role

Join IMATECH as a Customer Advisor and become the first point of contact for insured clients of partner insurers. You will provide clear, courteous phone support, informing customers about the progress of their legal protection cases and helping them navigate required steps.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from insured clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Inform callers about the status of their legal protection dossiers, required documents, timelines, expert visits, and lawyer assignments.
• Record all interactions and updates accurately in the company’s IT system.
• Collaborate with a team of around twenty colleagues under the guidance of a proximity manager.
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate information.

Required profile

• Strong passion for customer service and helping people.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in French.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow manager instructions.
• Professional, courteous, and attentive attitude toward client needs.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage for data entry and information retrieval.

What we offer

• Permanent contract (CDI) with a 36.25‑hour work week.
• Gross monthly salary of €1,875 plus variable performance bonuses and profit‑sharing.
