Cuisinier (H/F) – Hattigny

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join our team at Center Parcs "Domaine des Trois Forêts" in Hattigny, Moselle. You will work in a warm, forest‑surrounded environment, preparing meals for our guests and contributing to a dynamic, passionate kitchen crew.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and culinary standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards daily.
• Receive, inspect, and store food supplies needed for meal preparation.
• Minimise food waste through careful planning and portion control.
• Share knowledge, ideas and train fellow team members.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and take initiative when needed.

Required profile

• Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
• Passionate about delivering tasty meals to guests.
• Willingness to work Sundays and night shifts.
• Open to learning and developing within a large hospitality group.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle and store food supplies correctly.
