CTO Founder Associate Internship

About the role

Alan is looking for a motivated intern to join the CTO office as a Founder Associate. The six‑month placement will give you direct exposure to the technology leadership of a fast‑growing health‑insurance startup and involve working on cross‑functional projects that support the company’s growth and prevention strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CTO and senior leaders on high‑impact initiatives such as technology scouting, AI‑driven process optimisation and growth modelling.
• Contribute to strategic analyses, market research and the preparation of board materials.
• Support product and corporate teams by identifying strategic opportunities and coordinating RFPs.
• Help organise internal communications, weekly CTO social posts and monthly all‑hands events.
• Participate in recruiting the next cohort of Founder Associates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a focus on technology, engineering, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on ambiguous, fast‑moving tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in health‑tech, AI applications and startup environments.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications.
• Familiarity with data analysis or AI concepts (e.g., machine learning basics) is a plus.
