CRM Assistant Internship

About the role

This internship supports Saint Laurent's Client Development team by driving client engagement activities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the retail network to foster a customer‑centric culture and assist with data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the Client Development team.
• Handle periodic store requests such as client re‑assignment and data cleansing.
• Prepare client lists for outreach campaigns and support the creation of presentation materials.
• Assist the EMEA Client team with ad‑hoc projects, including guidelines for gifting and outreach.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program and seeking an internship at the end of studies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Prior exposure to CRM systems and statistical tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
