Country Manager – France

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead and accelerate growth in the French market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building market presence, driving revenue, and leading local teams in a fast‑growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for France, supporting and coaching the sales team to secure strategic opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Oversee local customer support operations to ensure outstanding satisfaction and long‑term account development.
• Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the local Sales and Operations teams, aligning execution with global strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience with a strong track record in complex B2B sales.
• Experience in one or more sectors: Energy, Electric mobility, EV charging, Road transport, Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive business growth.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging senior executives and external partners.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent French and English.
