Country Manager – France

About the role

Joseph Joseph is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its French operations from Paris. You will be responsible for driving sales, trade marketing and overall business performance across all channels, while shaping the strategic direction of the brand in France.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a five‑year strategic plan to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Grow the French business by expanding distribution, launching new product categories and strengthening relationships with department stores and furniture retailers.
• Lead the sales, trade‑marketing and promotions teams, ensuring efficient processes and achievement of monthly targets.
• Own full P&L responsibility, monitoring top‑line growth and overall profitability.
• Build and nurture senior‑level networks with key partners, increasing brand engagement and commitment.
• Provide market insights to design teams to influence future product development.

Required profile

• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in the consumer‑goods or houseware sector, particularly with department and furniture stores.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to set strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
