Country Finance Manager – Business Controller

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a senior finance leader to join the management team of its France North West Africa sales company. Based in Saint‑Priest, you will be responsible for business controlling of a sales organization with a turnover of roughly €150 million across France and more than 20 African markets, as well as leading the shared services function in France.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business partner to sales managers, delivering reporting, forecasting and deep‑dive analysis.
• Lead the Shared Service Organization in France, overseeing finance, IT/IS, indirect purchasing and site services.
• Coordinate with corporate functions on real estate, risk management, tax and shared‑service initiatives.
• Ensure financial performance aligns with strategic objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of approximately 25 employees.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• More than 15 years of finance experience in an international environment.
• Proven senior management experience with both operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
