Corporate/M&A Lawyer – AI Evaluation (France)

About the role

We are looking for experienced corporate/M&A lawyers to help benchmark AI systems that answer French law questions. You will act as an expert reviewer, running identical prompts on two large‑language‑model platforms, comparing the results and scoring them against a standardized rubric.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the same set of legal prompts on two AI platforms.
• Compare the outputs side‑by‑side and assess their accuracy.
• Score each response using the provided rubric.
• Provide concise written feedback for every evaluation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience (3 + years preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional practice at a law firm.
• If currently in‑house, you must have moved in‑house within the last 2 years and have prior law‑firm experience.
• Qualified to practice law in France with strong knowledge of French corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent French with precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.
