Corporate Communications Partner

About the role

Malt is looking for a Corporate Communications Partner to shape its visibility in the French media landscape. You will lead PR strategy, manage relationships with journalists and agencies, and position Malt as a thought leader on the future of work and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute quarterly and annual French PR strategies aligned with product, data and corporate milestones.
• Build and nurture a network of key French journalists across business, tech, HR and mainstream outlets.
• Produce high‑impact press materials such as releases, op‑eds, pitches and tribunes.
• Brief and coach C‑level executives for interviews, events and public statements.
• Represent Malt within France Digitale, French Tech and other institutional bodies to strengthen reputation.
• Manage and evaluate external PR agency performance to ensure alignment with internal narratives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a PR agency or equivalent in‑house role.
• Established contacts across French media and ability to activate those relationships.
• Proven ability to translate complex data or technical topics into compelling press content.
• Knowledge of French Tech and France Digitale ecosystems.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and coaching senior spokespersons.
