Core Business Events Project Manager (Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Core Business Events Project Manager will support the Maison’s image by helping to plan, coordinate and execute a variety of event projects—including showrooms, pop‑ups and cultural experiences—across jewelry, watches, accessories and fragrances. This fixed‑term position (4‑6 months maternity cover) works on both local and international initiatives, ensuring they align with the brand’s design standards and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of Core Business events, ensuring consistency with brand image, experience and communication strategies.
• Coordinate creative development such as venue selection, scenography and content, briefing external agencies as needed.
• Support implementation of event objectives, balancing ROI, guest expectations and brand narratives.
• Assist in production of international events and technical development, guaranteeing compliance with project plans.
• Apply and monitor adherence to event guidelines for regional and local events.
• Track and report event performance against defined KPIs.
• Stay informed of luxury, art and communication trends to enrich projects and contribute to internal sharing sessions.
• Proactively propose new ideas and identify partners for brand‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in business, communication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in event project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility (design, art, architecture, trends).
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external providers.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting project proposals.
• Comfortable working in a complex, international environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
