About the role

The position is based within the CAN subsidiary of GROUPE CAN, a leader in difficult‑access work. Reporting to a site manager, you will take part in projects that protect infrastructure from natural hazards such as landslides, floods, and erosion.

Key responsibilities

• Install protective screens, mesh barriers, slope reinforcements, and retaining walls.
• Perform site preparation tasks including clearing vegetation, purging, drilling, anchoring, and assembling protection structures.
• Operate rope‑access equipment safely throughout all phases of the project.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and work instructions from start to finish.

Required profile

• Holder of the CQP Technicien Cordiste and at least the CQP Cordiste certifications.
• 2–3 years of experience in natural‑risk protection and drilling equipment handling.
• Ability to operate construction machinery (e.g., all‑terrain forklift, mini‑excavator) is a plus.
• Demonstrated seriousness, teamwork, and willingness to assume responsibility.
