About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Production Coordinator for the FAL A321 Logistic Unit 1 in Toulouse, France. You will join a team that drives the modernization and ramp‑up of the A320 family final assembly line, focusing on logistics support and workstation supply coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate missing parts by interfacing with the Supply Chain through shop‑floor IT systems (PGI, PEA).
• Coordinate standard and parasitic material flows, resolving hardware anomalies such as non‑conformities, missing parts, and cannibalisation.
• Escalate operational logistics issues to the Production group to avoid impacts on serialization activities.
• Manage work orders and control production pacing to ensure short‑term material availability (MPS, PPC).
• Lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives and maintain shop‑floor standards (AOS, 5S, Andon).

Required profile

• Proven experience in shop‑floor logistics, production scheduling, or industrial material flow management.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of industrial ERP tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and shop‑floor dynamics.
• Ability to work within Autonomous Production Teams and balance competing priorities under pressure.
