Content Project Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Balenciaga is seeking a Content Project Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end production of photo shoots that support digital communication and social media. Reporting to the Digital Content Production Manager, you will work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full production cycle of photo shoots, from brief development through asset delivery.
• Supervise on‑site operations, including set‑up, execution, post‑production, and teardown.
• Plan and monitor budgets, manage vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Develop reverse schedules with internal teams and external consultants to guarantee timely execution.
• Establish agreements with external partners in collaboration with the legal team.
• Centralise project information and share resources across departments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities involving staff, talent, and freelancers.
• Handle administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, summary reports, invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion, creative production or production coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with shoots and campaigns covering pre‑production, execution, post‑production, logistics and scheduling.
• Strong organisational abilities, multi‑project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, adaptable and reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Keynote.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools.
