About the role

We are looking for a motivated consultant to join mc2i’s Digital Transformation team specialized in Human Resources Information Systems (SIRH) in Lyon. As a market leader in SIRH, mc2i helps clients modernize their HR processes through innovative digital solutions and offers a personalized career path for its consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client HR workflows and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
• Design, configure and adapt SIRH solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Support implementation projects, including testing, data migration, training and change management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HR digital transformation and consulting.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast‑growing environment and adapt to client requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
