About the role

As a Senior HR and Change Management Consultant, you will support a variety of organizations in sustainably improving employee experience, managerial practices, and corporate culture. You will join the consulting team of Great Place To Work France and contribute to high‑impact projects that shape workplace excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose HR and cultural challenges across client organizations.
• Design and implement change‑management programmes that enhance employee engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on talent and culture initiatives.
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure lasting impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting or change‑management roles.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, managerial practices and corporate culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to diverse sectors.
