About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced operational consultant to join its Insurance Reinforcement team in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. The role supports financial directors of insurance clients by bridging strategy and day‑to‑day execution, ensuring that financial processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accounting, financial reporting and regulatory deliverables for insurance clients.
• Manage budgeting, financial steering and process documentation activities.
• Support operational projects, including system implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with client finance teams, providing on‑site expertise and guidance.
• Contribute to the development of best‑practice methodologies within the PwC Insurance practice.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in finance or accounting within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate strategic goals into operational actions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site with client teams in France.
