About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced consultant to join its Operational Reinforcement team dedicated to banking and insurance clients. The role supports financial departments by providing immediate expertise that bridges financial strategy and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients’ day‑to‑day operational issues such as accounting production, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, financial steering and budgeting processes.
• Document accounting schemes and processes.
• Assist on project‑related matters including regulatory changes, tool migrations, organisational restructuring and remediation initiatives.
• Work directly within client finance functions (accounting, management control, consolidation, project management) to deliver on‑site solutions.
• Contribute to linking financial strategy with its operational implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consultant in finance or banking environments.
• Curious and passionate personality, willing to embody PwC Professional behaviours.
• Ability to work closely with client teams on‑site.
