Consultant Expérimenté en Transformation Finance

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced consultant to join its Finance Transformation practice in Toulouse. The role involves working on large‑account projects in the aerospace sector and other mid‑size enterprises in the Occitanie region, helping clients redesign and modernise their finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the reorganisation of the finance function, including transformation of management control, optimisation of organisational performance (mutualisation, outsourcing, off‑shoring) and improvement of core accounting processes such as procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash.
• Redefine analytical accounting data models to provide accurate cost‑structure and margin insights for pricing, costing and product‑portfolio decisions.
• Design and support the implementation of performance‑management cycles, including medium‑term planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, methodology definition, simulations and process mapping.
• Establish governance structures, RACI matrices and closing calendars to ensure effective performance tracking.
• Collaborate with client teams on digital and data‑driven initiatives that support the transformation agenda.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance transformation, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to redesign finance processes and data models.
• Curious and passionate attitude, ready to embody PwC’s professional behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior client stakeholders.
