About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Consultant to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will work on high‑impact projects for large international clients, helping them navigate complex accounting transformations, transactions and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conversion projects for accounting frameworks such as IFRS, French GAAP and US GAAP, and implement new standards like IFRS 18.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Services and Consulting teams on large‑scale deals.
• Prepare pro‑forma information, combined financial statements and ad‑hoc reporting required for mergers, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, IPOs or debt issuances.
• Address accounting challenges linked to external growth activities (acquisitions, joint‑ventures, new entities).
• Support clients in building sustainability reporting aligned with investor and regulator expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial operations or accounting advisory, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and embody PwC Professional behaviours.
