Consultant en stratégie SI – Filière Alimentaire

About the role

The Food‑Industry IT Strategy Consultant will join Onepoint’s Rennes team to support large‑scale digital and operational transformations for agri‑food cooperatives, processing companies and inter‑professional organisations. Reporting to senior consultants, you will work closely with business and IT leaders to design innovative information‑system models that address digital, ecological, economic and social challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign core processes such as forecasting, planning, S&OP and procure‑to‑pay.
• Conduct operational and efficiency diagnostics of existing information systems.
• Define target IT architectures, master plans, budgets and implementation road‑maps.
• Support digitalisation of operations through AMOA, technology selection and change management.
• Collaborate with general management, functional and IT departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in IT strategy, business consulting or operational improvement, preferably in the agri‑food sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of process modelling (e.g., S&OP, procure‑to‑pay).
• Familiarity with IT architecture design and roadmap planning.
• Experience with AMOA (assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage) or similar advisory roles.
