About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Consultant to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. The role supports large international clients on complex accounting projects, including standard conversions, transactions and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects converting accounting frameworks (IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP) and implementing new standards such as IFRS 18.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Services and Consulting teams on large‑scale deals, transformations and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare pro‑forma information, combined financial statements and ad‑hoc reports required for M&A transactions, spin‑offs, carve‑outs and capital‑raising activities (IPOs, debt issuances).
• Address accounting challenges linked to external growth operations, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Support clients in building sustainability reporting processes to meet investor and regulator expectations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial advisory or accounting consulting, preferably within a Big‑Four environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and passion for solving complex accounting problems.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders.
