Construction Project Engineer / Architect (MOA)

About the role

The Construction Project Engineer / Architect (MOA) will act as the representative of the Project Owner throughout all phases of corporate real‑estate projects, including headquarters, branch offices and technical sites. Reporting to the Real Estate Department / Project Manager, the role ensures that cost, quality, schedule and operational performance objectives are met while safeguarding the Group’s interests with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, analyse end‑user needs and define real‑estate programmes with space allocation and performance targets.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documents and manage the selection of architects, project managers (MOE), engineering consultants and external advisors.
• Lead the design phase, ensuring compliance with budget, Group standards and integration of HVAC, IT, security and CSR requirements.
• Supervise construction on‑site, monitor progress, quality and schedule, and resolve disputes.
• Organise project handover, verify completion of corrective actions, and oversee the Defects Liability Period.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing corporate real‑estate construction projects from feasibility to handover.
• Strong understanding of technical, financial and regulatory aspects of real‑estate development.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal departments (IT, HR, Finance, Facility Management) and external partners.
