Construction Manager – Data Centre Project

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager / Site Inspector to join a client‑side team delivering a major data centre project in Paris. This long‑term, on‑site role requires close collaboration with the client to oversee progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise directly with client representatives and other project stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting and documentation of site activities.
• Resolve site issues promptly and proactively manage risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Inspector.
• Hands‑on involvement in data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of French construction regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site responsibilities.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
