Construction After‑Sales Service Director (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction After‑Sales Service Director to lead our after‑sales department in Rennes. The role is responsible for defining the service strategy, ensuring the smooth handling of all after‑sales cases and maintaining high customer satisfaction across construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall after‑sales strategy for construction services.
• Supervise the complete lifecycle of after‑sales dossiers, from opening to closure.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing after‑sales or service departments within the construction sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, warranties and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and drive operational excellence.
