About the role

As a Clinical Development Advisor at Materialise Medical, you will support healthcare professionals in the operating room by providing technical and clinical information on cranio‑maxillo‑facial (CMF) surgery products. You will act as a bridge between our innovative solutions and the surgeons who use them, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and clinical product information to surgeons and OR staff.
• Identify client needs, provide solutions, and help them treat more patients efficiently.
• Offer hands‑on instrumentation assistance during surgeries.
• Organise product presentations and training sessions for multidisciplinary teams.
• Plan and execute client visits while gathering high‑quality feedback on product use.
• Manage product stock, monitor quality, and relay feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a level of technical knowledge that meets client expectations.

Required profile

• Nursing diploma (mandatory); IBODE qualification is a strong asset.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a surgical technician.
• Familiarity with operating‑room procedures and orthopedic or CMF surgery.
• Excellent teaching ability and capacity to communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organisational flexibility and strong teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
