Conseiller de Vente (F/H) – Boutique Chocolat

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our chocolate boutique in La Baule‑Guérande. You will work under the store manager, providing friendly service, advising customers on our wide range of chocolate products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and retain customers.
• Arrange merchandise on shelves and monitor stock levels.
• Check product labeling and ensure compliance.
• Handle cash transactions and record daily receipts.
• Verify inventory, place orders and manage replenishment.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor.

Required profile

• BAC+2 or equivalent commercial education.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
• At least one prior experience in retail or commerce.
• Strong relational, organizational and autonomous work habits.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic accounting.
• Inventory management.
