About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will be the main point of contact for customers visiting the store, offering personalized advice on cosmetics and fragrances. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, share beauty tips, and help clients find products that match their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert recommendations on beauty and fragrance products based on client preferences.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring products are well stocked and displayed.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
• Promote the brand’s values of passion, appreciation, and ownership in daily interactions.

• A smiling, friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, empathy, and diplomacy.
