About the role

The Beauty Advisor will work in a Nocibé store in Jeuxey, providing personalized advice and product recommendations to customers. The role focuses on delivering a pleasant shopping experience while promoting the brand’s premium cosmetics and fragrance range.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable beauty products.
• Demonstrate product usage, share tips and best practices, and answer product‑related questions.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.
• Process sales transactions and handle payment procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods.

Required profile

• Passion for retail sales and a strong desire for challenge.
• Cheerful temperament with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset, showing empathy, friendliness, service orientation and diplomacy.
• Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge with customers and peers.
