Conseiller Clientèle Domofinance (H/F)

About the role

BNP Paribas Personal Finance is seeking a Customer Advisor for its Domofinance division. You will join a dedicated team that supports both individual and co‑ownership clients, working from the operational centre in Isneauville.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets for the co‑ownership activity.
• Maintain and develop relationships with business partners such as syndics and project managers.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, from acquisition to ongoing service.
• Collaborate closely with regional commercial managers.
• Participate in a team of around ten colleagues under the supervision of a manager.

Required profile

• Strong commercial orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable handling both B2B and B2C interactions.
