About the role
As part of its growth strategy, REFLEX INGENIERIE REIMS is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Manager to lead and supervise industrial works from planning through to hand‑over. The role combines operational oversight with technical coordination on site.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and monitor construction sites to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety and budget performance throughout each project phase.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reports and hand‑over dossiers.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company procedures on all works.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing industrial construction projects.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification.
