Compliance Manager & Business Process Owner – Healthcare

About the role

In the Global Compliance Department, you will champion compliance of the Group’s interactions with healthcare professionals, organizations and patient groups, while leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (LEA, EFPIA, IFPMA, Sunshine Act) and supervise global transparency processes.
• Define, harmonize, optimize and simplify HCP/HCO interaction and transparency processes as the Business Process Owner.
• Coordinate with Headquarters, International Business Compliance teams and the International Deployment Program to monitor deployment of compliance standards and digital solutions.
• Act as BPO for digital tools such as Veeva Event Management, Engage, ITR, collaborating with BPMs and technical administrators.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or Compliance with 7‑10 years of pharmaceutical compliance experience in an international, matrix environment.
• Proven experience at both local (affiliate) and global levels, with strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.
