Community Specialist (French Influencer & Creator Marketing)

About the role

Razer is looking for a Community Specialist to lead its French influencer and creator marketing efforts. The role sits at the intersection of gaming, tech and culture, driving community engagement across multiple platforms and helping to shape Razer’s brand presence in the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and continuously develop a tiered pool of French influencers and content creators across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram and X.
• Negotiate contracts, scope deliverables and ensure brand‑safe, on‑brief content production.
• Design and execute influencer campaign strategies for product launches, seasonal moments and ongoing brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop an affiliate and seeding program that scales creator advocacy cost‑effectively across priority EMEA markets.
• Identify emerging talent and cultural trends to keep Razer relevant with its core audience.
• Manage external agencies, creative production houses and influencer marketing platforms, handling briefing, scoping and quality assurance.
• Serve as the primary EMEA point of contact for global influencer and event initiatives, representing regional requirements in global planning cycles.
• Perform department administrative duties, including budget reconciliation and strategic reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in events, influencer marketing or community management, preferably within gaming, consumer technology or entertainment.
• Proven track record building and operating influencer programs with measurable ROI.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports and coordinating multiple agency relationships.
• Strong project‑management and budget‑management capabilities.
