Community Manager Specialist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Innocent is looking for a Community Manager Specialist to join its brand team for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Paris. You will be the voice of the brand, engaging directly with drinkers across multiple channels and turning everyday interactions into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conversations with customers on social media, email, phone and post.
• Reply in the Innocent tone of voice, ensuring care, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle queries and complaints with empathy and precision.
• Identify trends, conversations and engagement opportunities within the community.
• Support content ideas and collaborate with the social team to bring them to life.
• Share consumer insights to inform campaigns and new product development.
• Create surprise‑and‑delight moments that exceed expectations.
• Work closely with marketing, technical and other cross‑functional teams to provide accurate answers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Excellent written communication with flawless spelling and grammar.
• Good judgement on tone, knowing when to be light‑hearted or serious.
• Curiosity about people, culture and current events.
• Ability to analyse data and feedback to spot patterns and derive insights.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to find solutions and make things happen.
• Fluent English; ability to work in an international team.
