Community Manager – Saint Denis (6 openings)

About the role

Tetranergy Business School, in partnership with a corporate client, is looking for six Community Managers to join a work‑study program in Saint‑Denis. The position combines on‑the‑job experience with one day per week of training at the school, leading to a state‑recognized diploma.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Plan, create and publish content according to an editorial calendar.
• Moderate comments and private messages, fostering engagement and community loyalty.
• Produce visual and editorial assets such as photos, videos, stories, carousels, and short‑form content.
• Contribute to the digital communication strategy and propose acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor digital trends and competitor practices.
• Track performance indicators (reach, engagement, community growth, traffic) and generate regular reports.
• Suggest improvements and support continuous optimisation of the digital strategy.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Creativity, curiosity and rigor in content creation.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort with content creation tools and performance analysis.
