Community Lead (Creator & Community Growth)

About the role

You will build and nurture an engaged community around our products and vision, turning users into loyal ambassadors and creators. Your work will drive product adoption, referrals, education and long‑term brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the community strategy, identifying the most relevant audience segments.
• Design and launch engagement programs, ambassador initiatives and referral campaigns.
• Create educational content, short‑form videos, visual assets and compelling social posts.
• Animate communities on Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into product insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to shape brand voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience building communities from scratch.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities.
• Comfortable producing video and visual content quickly.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and community dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and execution‑focused creativity.
• Passion for creating belonging rather than just accumulating likes.
