Community Developer for Riders Republic

About the role

Ubisoft is seeking a Community Developer to lead the global community strategy for Riders Republic. Based in Annecy, you will shape player communication, feedback loops and community‑driven content, working closely with development and publishing teams to enhance the player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community strategic plans aligned with production and marketing objectives.
• Grow and nurture existing player communities worldwide, ensuring consistent messaging across departments.
• Produce and coordinate community content such as blogs, podcasts, interviews and infographics.
• Act as a spokesperson for Riders Republic, organizing studio visits, developer dialogues and tournaments.
• Collaborate with Social Media managers to define and report on content KPIs, demonstrating ROI.
• Support beta and launch milestones, advocating for player needs within production and publishing.
• Shape feedback cycles, delivering insights that influence game design, retention and marketing messaging.
• Coordinate post‑launch communication with live‑ops teams, managing expectations around patches and updates.

Required profile

• Strong passion for video games and player communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Experience planning and executing community events and content campaigns.
