Community & Culture Specialist – EMEA

About the role

The Community & Culture Specialist – EMEA will shape and activate the cultural presence of DECIEM’s brands across priority markets. Working closely with global and local teams, you will build authentic connections with communities, creators and cultural movements to ensure the brands resonate meaningfully within the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the EMEA Culture & Community strategy, aligning with global priorities while tailoring approaches to regional nuances.
  • Monitor and analyse the cultural landscape across EMEA, identifying emerging trends, sub‑cultures and moments relevant to DECIEM brands beyond beauty and skincare.
  • Translate cultural insights into actionable partnership, activation and storytelling recommendations.
  • Collaborate with local Communications teams to create community‑first strategies that are authentic and market‑sensitive.
  • Build and nurture relationships with creators, artists, tastemakers, collectives and niche communities.
  • Identify and activate culturally relevant collaborations that drive meaningful engagement.
  • Develop and execute regional community activations, seeding initiatives and brand moments outside traditional product launch calendars.
  • Measure and report on the impact of culture and community initiatives using KPIs, brand sentiment and engagement metrics.
  • Manage cross‑market budgets and contribute insights to global Community & Culture initiatives.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in culture marketing, brand activation or community building.
  • Strong understanding of cultural ecosystems outside the beauty sector (art, music, fashion, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work across multiple markets and adapt strategies to local nuances.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to measuring impact.

Required skills

  • Deep immersion in cultural ecosystems beyond beauty/skincare.
  • Ability to identify emerging cultural trends and translate them into brand opportunities.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on KPI performance.
