Communications Specialist

About the role

As a Communications Specialist at Ubisoft, you will help shape the narrative around our game titles and related initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager, you will translate product features into compelling stories that engage media, partners, and players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of communications strategies and campaign plans for assigned products.
• Create and distribute key messages, Q&As, press releases, briefing documents, and media assets.
• Partner with brand, studio, and cross‑functional teams to identify communication opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and local communications teams to ensure consistent worldwide execution.
• Assist in planning and delivering industry events, product showcases, and other key moments.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and audience conversations.
• Analyze campaign performance using reporting tools and manage assigned budgets.
• Participate in spokesperson preparation and media training.
• Gradually take ownership of communications activities for specific product portfolios.

Required profile

• Solid experience in communications, preferably within a PR agency, in‑house team, or related industry (gaming, entertainment, technology).
• Proven track record of executing communications campaigns and producing media‑facing materials.
• Strong interest in and understanding of the gaming and entertainment landscape.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience‑focused messaging.
• Excellent organizational, detail‑orientation, and time‑management skills.
• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
