Commission Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Commission Manager to lead the acceptance testing and commissioning of new data‑center infrastructure. The role combines technical document management, on‑site supervision and coordination of multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and consolidate technical documents to build a knowledge system for new data‑center infrastructure.
• Record key information and provide evidence of critical test results using online systems.
• Coordinate and communicate testing‑related activities through remote meetings and on‑site supervision.
• Monitor the timeliness of the overall acceptance testing process, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility in all work activities.

Required profile

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Environmental Monitoring, Construction Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, MEP installation, equipment commissioning and testing & validation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in the local language is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
