About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our sales and technical teams in managing client offers and commercial administration. The role involves analysing customer requests, preparing tailored proposals and ensuring smooth communication with international clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse client demands and develop commercial offers in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
  • Draft, structure and format proposal documents for international customers.
  • Maintain commercial administration records and track offer status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
  • Support the sales team with follow‑up actions and client communications.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales colleagues.
  • Organised and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
