Cluster Financial Controller – Bath & Wellness (FraBeNeLux)

About the role

The Cluster Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations of the Bath & Wellness division across France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and ensuring compliance with Villeroy & Boch’s accounting policies and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for all legal entities in the FraBeNeLux region, including inter‑company relations and mid‑term planning.
• Support risk management by identifying and assessing financial risks.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting for Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard entities.
• Calculate transfer prices and inter‑company provisions together with central controlling, reporting and tax teams.
• Prepare documentation for year‑end closing, hard‑close audits and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Monitor SG&A costs, analyse variances and propose cost‑optimization measures.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and produce internal and external reports.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and support special projects such as S/4 HANA implementation.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and planning for the cluster entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting policies.

Required skills

• S/4 HANA implementation and integration experience.
