Client Advisor – Arabic Speaker (Paris)

About the role

Join the Miu Miu boutique in Paris as a Client Advisor who speaks Arabic. You will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and guide clients through the "client journey ceremony".
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to personalize future interactions.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service.
• Provide in‑store assistance, cross‑sell across departments, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints in partnership with the line manager.
• Maintain high visual standards on the shop floor and follow operational guidelines.
• Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proven ability to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
