Circular Economy Dismantling Center Finance Manager & JV Coordinator

About the role

This position leads the financial and strategic coordination of Stellantis' Circular Economy Dismantling Center and its joint‑venture network worldwide. The role combines oversight of regional hubs with the development of new dismantling sites, ensuring alignment with the Group’s sustainability and profitability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of regional dismantling hubs in Europe, South America and the Middle East & Africa.
• Develop and coordinate the Global Dismantling Center project, including sites in Mirafiori (Italy), São Paulo (Brazil), Morocco and future expansions in the Middle East and Turkey.
• Define and implement strategic and financial plans for the Circular Economy (CE) portfolio.
• Coordinate CE joint‑ventures across Europe, North America and China, and support future M&A activities to expand the CE footprint.
• Drive global strategic projects such as the IFRS Core Circular Economy implementation, process convergence, and harmonisation across regions.
• Provide financial analysis, business‑case development and decision support for investments and growth road‑maps, positioning Stellantis as a leader in remanufacturing engines, transmissions and batteries.

Required profile

• Finance degree or experience as a senior controller.
• Background in manufacturing or parts‑and‑services controlling.
• Experience in transversal animation and cross‑functional coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
